Mobile World Congress 2011 is still a few weeks away, but Samsung is receiving the bells posting a teaser site for its next-generation Galaxy S smartphone.

The page doesn’t reveal much, other than to say, “Something big is coming” and “Evolution is fate.” Samsung said it will post another teaser preview on February 1, but the big reveal will occur on February 13.

Sony Ericsson has planned to have a press conference on the same evening, at which we might see the oft-leaked PlayStation Phone.
